EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Since joining Equipt in March of 2021 as the Executive Director, Kyle works closely with our Board of Directors. His responsibilities include overall strategic and operational direction for staff, programs, expansion, and execution of the mission. Administration and process improvement are a few of Kyle’s strengths so having him join the Equipt mission has been a win for the organization.

In addition to his role with Equipt, Kyle serves as a Directional Elder and the Pastor of Operations for Summit Church. He, his wife, and their 3 kids moved from South Carolina to Florida in 2011 when Kyle accepted the Pastor of Family Ministries position at Summit. The Lord has gifted Kyle with an amazing ability to multi-task and to create process-improvements. Therefore, when asked to take on the challenge to forward the Equipt mission, Kyle was happy to accept.

Kyle has a degree in Business Administration from Southern Arkansas University. Before moving into full-time ministry, he was a Divisional Administrator in the medical field, managing biomedical operations for over 200 locations across 4 states.

When Kyle is not working, he can be found doing some sort of DIY project, playing pickleball, traveling with his family, or out hiking a Florida trail.
