Lisa joined Equipt in May of 2019. As the Director of Operations, she develops a deep knowledge of partnerships, programs, operations, and business plans. Along with the Client Specialist, she cares for the day-to-day management and administration of all associated funds and employment activities. This includes business development, establishing structures and systems, onboarding and offboarding and working daily with partners, income and expense processing, donor development, and communication with donors.

Lisa has a degree in Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University. After years of working in both for-profit and non-profit sectors in various accounting, business and financial roles, when given the opportunity to help further gospel-centered missions, Lisa gladly accepted a role with Equipt.

Lisa’s favorite pastimes include traveling with her family, hiking, and baking.
