Equipt, Inc. PTO Policy

  • PTO - PAID TIME OFF

o   Equipt employees are allotted three (3) weeks of personal/vacation time per year. For every 5th year of employment, an additional one (1) week is added up to a five (5) week maximum. Employees may only take PTO on their assigned days. PTO resets each year and will not be paid out upon termination. Prior approval by the employee's supervisor (if applicable) is required VIA EMAIL for vacations, conferences, ministry opportunities away from home base, continuing education, mission trips, etc.


  • PAID OUT ON DISMISSAL

o   No - Remaining time off balance for this policy is not paid out upon employee dismissal

o   Hourly, earned per hour(s) paid (not including overtime, but including paid time off)

  • CAN REQUEST MORE TIME OFF THAN IS AVAILABLE

o   No — Employees can’t request time off if they don’t have enough hours to cover it in their current available balance. In other words, they can’t submit requests that result in a negative time off balance. Admins and managers with the correct permissions can still record this time off for them.
