Additional RAMP Card Benefits

All RAMP cardholders are eligible for card benefit services, including travel & emergency assistance services, auto rental collision damage waiver, and purchase security/extended protection. More details can be found here.

For the auto rental collision damage waiver benefit, if you need a “letter of eligibility” when preparing to rent a car, you can either call the Benefit Administrator number at 1-800-992-6029 to make that request, or you can request it online here. It is sent by email and the turnaround time is usually within a day.
