  • Bookkeeping Assistant

    The Bookkeeping Assistant supports Equipt and its partner ministries by processing bills, reimbursements, deposits, vendor payments, and contractor records, while assisting the Accounting team with journal entries, reconciliations, and financial data entry. This role plays a key part in supporting ministry leaders by ensuring financial records are accurate, organized, timely and consistent.

    This position requires a motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys serving behind the scenes, can work both independently and collaboratively, and takes ownership with a high level of integrity and care.
