Church Center

Church Center is the outward facing name for the Planning Center software we use to track donations to your ministry fund. Donors can either give through your ministry page on the Church Center website or through the Church Center app (thumbnail seen below).

If donors have installed the Church Center app on their phone, there are three ways to give:

• They can scan the ministry-specific QR code we have provided to you.

  • This will open the app and take them directly to your ministry giving page..

  • Then they will enter the amount they would like to give and tap the “Next” button.

  • Then they will enter “Frequency” and “Payment Method” information, choose whether they want to cover the fees, and tap the “Next” button to complete the transaction.

• They can tap on the giving link we have provided to you anywhere it is embedded (i.e. – in email correspondence, on your webpage, etc.).

  • This will open the app and take them directly to your ministry giving page.

  • Then they will enter the amount they would like to give and tap the “Next” button.

  • Then they will enter “Frequency” and “Payment Method” information, choose whether they want to cover the fees, and tap the “Next” button to complete the transaction.

• If they have neither the QR code or the giving link accessible, they can open the app and search by zip code 33913 and choose “Equipt, Inc.”

  • Then they will enter the amount they would like to give and tap the “Next” button.

  • Then they will tap the drop down arrow to the right of “Unrestricted Default” and choose your ministry fund (i.e. – Oaks Community Church, Sea Glass Mission, Center for Christian Thought and Ethics, etc.).

  • Then they will enter “Frequency” and “Payment Method” information, choose whether they want to cover the fees, and tap the “Next” button to complete the transaction.

While in the “Give” section of the app, donors can also tap the “My Giving” button to see donation history, recurring donation setups, payment methods on file, and more.
