Beacon Community Church

Beacon Community Church is a church plant on mission to share the gospel with every man, woman and child in Cape Coral, Florida, and beyond.
Pastor Gene Reitz is planting Beacon Community Church in northwest Cape Coral. Beacon Community Church will focus on “Lighting the Way, by Proclaiming and Living the Truth in Jesus’ Name.”
Beacon Community Church is being supported by Fort Myers Community Church as well as the SEND Network, a gospel centered church planting network offering safety, support and strength to launch and grow healthy churches.
Pastor Reitz is currently building a core congregation and planning to launch in early 2025. If you share Pastor Reitz’s vision to spread the gospel in Cape Coral and throughout Lee County, please partner with him through prayer and giving.

GENE REITZ
Gene is the pastor of a new church plant in Cape Coral, Florida. He and his wife, Robin, moved from Michigan in 2022 to continue in ministry and be involved in the lives of their three daughters and their families who live in the Southwest Florida area. Gene received theological training and ordination with the Christian & Missionary Alliance denomination and pastored two different churches for many years in Michigan prior to moving to Florida.
