The Griffith Group is the ministry outreach of Trent and Andrea Griffith who are passionate about multiplying disciples, strengthening families, and equipping leaders and churches with gospel-saturated teaching and personal encouragement.
Based in Florida, The Griffith Group ministers to people throughout the country through a variety of speaking engagements and training opportunities including FamilyLife’s Weekend to Remember, Great Commission Collective pastoral cohorts and church planter trainings, Parakaleo women’s discipleship groups, local church conferences, and more.
Trent is a gifted communicator who speaks regularly in churches, conferences, and training events for leaders. As a board member of the Great Commission Collective, he develops church planters and strengthens pastors through coaching and leadership development.
Andrea loves mentoring women in partnership with Parakaleo and FamilyLife. She is also a sought-after speaker who has ministered to women in hundreds of local churches and spoken at national conferences where she shares her unique story of God’s amazing grace at work in her life.
Trent and Andrea have never sensed a stronger call or seen a greater need to invest their lives in the leaders who build families and churches.

TRENT & ANDREA GRIFFITH
In 2009, Trent and Andrea planted Gospel City Church in Granger, Indiana, where Trent served as Lead Pastor for 13 years. Starting with 13 people, the church grew to more than 2,000 regular worshippers while planting eight other churches. Trent serves on the board of directors for the Great Commission Collective and previously served as Vice President of Content Development for FamilyLife. Prior to planting Gospel City Church in 2009, Trent and Andrea spent 15 years with Life Action Ministries cultivating revival and spiritual awakening in more than 400 churches. Trent and Andrea have four adult children and make their home near Orlando, FL.
