To see if a donor has signed up for a recurring gift before their first donation is processed in Sola, go to Contacts, search for their name using Show Filters, and click on their profile. If they’ve set up a recurring donation that hasn’t started charging yet, it will appear as a pledge with the date they created the setup.

Ministers/SECA
Ministers are considered dual-status for tax purposes and must account for SECA taxes on both wages and housing allowances. While Equipt cannot withhold SECA taxes, ministers can adjust their W-4 to overfund federal withholdings to cover SECA obligations. Always consult a tax professional for personalized guidance.
